Merchant account and KYC data (name, business details, PAN, GSTIN, bank account, documents) and, for payments, customer contact details and transaction metadata (amount, UPI reference / UTR). We never see or store UPI PINs or bank login details — customers pay inside their own UPI app.
To create and record payments, verify merchants, prevent fraud, meet KYC/AML obligations, and provide support.
With the merchant you paid, and with authorities where required by law. We do not sell personal data.
Secrets and bank details are encrypted at rest; KYC documents are stored privately. Transaction records are retained as required by RBI and tax regulations.
